L’héraldique est un langage visuel qui représente des groupes de personnes et des territoires. C’est une tradition qui date du moyen âge. À l’époque, peu de gens savaient lire. Aujourd’hui, par exemple, le drapeau tricolore permet de symboliser les français et la France. Notre héraldique représente Alentour. Les Alentouriens se reconnaissent en elle.
